Marine Ops Risk Guide in Progress

The U.S. Coast Guard is in the process of issuing its Marine Operations Risk Guide. This document, developed by the Risk-Based Decision-Making Project (http://www.uscg.mil/hq/g-m/risk/index.html), will present a step-by-step methodology to assess risk within various sectors of marine operations. It is intended to help identify and reduce certain risks and enhance maritime safety. (HK Law).
