Sub collides with Towed Sonar Array

In what is being termed a mishap,  a Chinese submarine last week reportedly hit an underwater sonar array being towed by the destroyer USS John McCain, according to a report on CNN.com. The incident occurred near Subic Bay off the coast of the Philippines.
